I took my wife and my baby to their first West Virginia football game.  It was great, the Mountaineers graced us with a win against their in state rivals, Marshall University.  The West Virginia Defense showed up strong posting 3 turnovers and Marshall’s kicker helped out by missing a 30 yard field goal.  We had to use the ear muffs on the baby a couple times to protect from the vulgarity, but all in all it was a great experience for us all.

Burgess and I found a really good deal on a new crib and matching changing table.  Tonight we took on the challenge of putting the changing table together.  It took a little less than an hour and only a few raised voices and dirty looks (I’m a D and Burgess is an I…not always the best mix, but we love each other) but we got it put together   We put together a short video for you, probably the most fun thing is Burg filmed my very small baby bump, so I hope that all of you who have been asking enjoy

Last time Burgess and I got to hear the baby’s heartbeat for the first time was so magical. Our second appointment was today and we decided to bring the video camera along this time so we could share the magic with our family and friends who are far away (especially you Pap Pap ).
