Big Boy
Sorry this video is so blurry, Burg took it on his blackberry.
Freddy’s new thing is drinking water out of a cup.
The bigger the cup the bigger the excitement.

Getting ready to go on our last Pittsburgh adventure.

Daddy took us on the” T”…”Dan- TAHN”

Freddy was very excited to be at the Pirates game sporting his new cap!

Freddy and Daddy watching the game. It turned out to be a GREAT game: 3 homeruns in the same inning BY THE PIRATES, and a walk off homerun to win the game!

Another cute shot of daddy and the boy.

cute bum bum.

The game was so exciting it really wore Freddy out.
We had a GREAT day. We will really miss you Pittsburgh!

We’ll be back!

A Post in Pictures!
Uncle Craig is always willing to hold a baby (he’s used to it). Pap Pap giving Freddy some love from what he doesn’t know will be the last time he is able to sit in that chair (funny story…ask uncle craig for details…in his defense though – those chairs were like 50 years old)
Happy to be celebrating Mammaw’s 70th birthday in Wheeling with the fam.
Isn’t this a beautiful picture of Nana? You’re the best Nana….
It was actually Uncle Craig and Aunt Judi’s Anniversary! Happy Anniversary! Aunt Judi put together an AWESOME dinner to celebrate for Mammaw! Thanks Aunt Judi – it was fun and TASTY!
“I see you Mama”
Also a good picture of Aunt Judi if I do say so myself….again…Thanks for doing all that work for Mammaw and everyone. It was so nice to see everyone.
It was such a nice day – I could have fallen asleep right there as well. (P.S. I made the onesie a STEELER onesie) Seriously though, it was THE perfect day. Couldn’t have been better (well, maybe if Ye Ye was there to celebrate with us. WE MISS YOU!)
Another good picture of Burgess’ cousin Nate and his girlfriend Sara.
Freddy wants that cake!

Make a wish Mammaw!
It was such a nice time. It was good to get to have a visit with everyone while we are still on this side of the state. We probably won’t get to see so much of Mammaw and Pap Pap but we’ll be A LOT closer to Aunt Judi and Uncle Craig.
Burgess had the day off on Monday so we took Freddy swimming
Freddy got a little tired so we soaked in some sun at the pool.
Then while we were chillin, I said to Burg, “Gosh we should have planned to go camping while you had these two days off in a row….HEY, WHY DON’T WE GO CAMPING? We can stay one night and then come home.” It took some convincing but Burgess gave in. We heard about a place that was nearby called Raccoon Creek State Park. I looked it up and it was only about 40 minutes away, has a lake with a beach for swimming and lots of hiking trails so we decided to give it a try. We rushed home and packed up the car, hit up the grocery store for some hot dogs and marshmellows and then we hit the road. I’m so glad we did! We had a great time!
Daddy unloading the car.
Freddy, having a great time watching Mama and Daddy put up the tent.
“Mama are we camping?”
Freddy LOVED his sleeping bag
Going to bed
Waking up
Freddy loved getting to spend so much time with Daddy. We spent pretty much the whole day at the beach…OK more pictures.
After being doused in sunscreen
Freddy in Auntie Keri’s favorite outfit
Playing in the lake with Mama
Freddy and Daddy swimmin
Freddy LOVING the lake
“Freddy, time to take a nap…OK?”
“But Mama, there are too many things to look at!”
“Freddy…..”
“OK”
“Finally
”
Camping was the best thing we could have done. Burgess officially has a job in Philly and will be in school full time so Freddy and I will be with out a Daddy a lot of the time. It was WONDERFUL to be able to spend a few days ALL together before things get really crazy. The next two weeks will be spent packing and packing and packing and then we are OFF on a new adventure!

I was busy picking up or something this morning and I looked over at you and this is the face you were giving me. I LOVE YOUR FACE!
You are the most amazing baby in the whole world! You are so easy going, so funny, so happy and completely adorable. You are sleeping wonderfully, but your Dad still gets to have man time with you. You usually go to bed between 8:30 & 9 pm and then wake up around 6:30 or 7 am. I feed you and then Daddy takes you downstairs and plays with you until your first nap of the day. You have a great time with Daddy, but I think Daddy enjoys his time with you even more. One of the games that Daddy likes to play with you is “FLYING FREDDY” – it’s where Daddy takes you under the arms and puts you high above his head and flies you all around the air yelling in a high pitched voice, “FLYING FREDDY, FLYING FREDDY, FLYING FREDDY!!!” You love this game.
You have been learning so much lately. You are really good at grabbing things, moving them and putting them in your mouth. You are sitting up! Fredrick – you are 4 months old and you can sit up by yourself! You are not good enough yet to sit up with out Mama or Daddy right by you and with pillows around but you are doing it. You are so amazing! You are starting to teeth. You don’t have any teeth yet, and probably won’t have any for a long time yet, but you are chewing on EVERYTHING, drooling like crazy and you’ve been a tad bit more grouchy than normal. You are talking and laughing so much more now. It is so fun to hear your little voice and it’s impossible to listen to you laugh and not be filled with complete happiness.
You love going OUT. Whether it is to the grocery store, the fabric store, a restaurant…church…it doesn’t matter. You just love going there and being there. You give a huge smile to every single person that you see – whether they are looking at you or not. You laugh at any person who talks to you (Mom and Dad try everything and anything to get you to laugh and have the hardest time, but a perfect stranger can say, “Well aren’t you cute!?” and then you just crack up laughing…then of course they want to keep talking to you and you keep laughing and so they keep talking….we always end up spending a lot more time than I plan on when we go places). We recently went out to dinner where you went crazy at the dinner table while we were waiting for our food. You were just so excited – you were bouncing all around, I could barely keep hold of you. You were screaming and talking and smiling – you were so cute. Another time we were at dinner a family seated near our table couldn’t help but just adore you the entire time we were there. They would talk amongst themselves for like 5 minutes and then it was back to talking to Freddy…then they would talk to each other and then it was back to you! They couldn’t get enough of you.
Somethings that people have said about you:
“MOM, he looks like that grown up man who eats way too many chicken wings!”
“That is the CUTEST baby I have seen in a VERY long time!”
“Well he looks like he’s a GOOD eater!”
“He looks like a breast fed baby”
“What are you feeding him??? CREAM?!”
“He is so…Jolly…”
“Freddy, you are the smiliest baby!”
Freddy, I can’t tell you enough how happy you make me. I love everything about you. You give them best smiles. You give the best snuggles (you get that from your Dad). A game we have been playing lately is, “UPSIDE DOWN FREDDY!” It’s just where I take you by the cankles and hold you upside down while saying in a high pitched voice, “UPSIDE DOWN FREDDY, UPSIDE DOWN FREDDY!!!” You love it and I love to see you smile and hear you laugh. You are getting more and more active, so Daddy and I went out and bought you a new toy. You are still growing into it…but you love it. Here is a couple of pictures of you in it today (on your 4 month day).
We also bought those little rings you are reaching for…you LOVE them. p.s. notice your slobber face!
Like I said, you’re still growing into it a little bit. LOOK AT THOSE CHUNKY LEGS!
I don’t know if you can tell in this picture, but you LOVE to stomp. You’re in mid-stomp right now and you are super happy!
Do babies get any cuter?!?! No…no, they don’t!
Fredrick boy…I love you so much. You make me happier and happier every single day, because I love you more and more every single day. You are one of the greatest blessings in my life. I hope you always know how much I love you. I would do anything for you. Happy 4 months baby. They have been the best 4 months of my life…I just wish time would go by a little bit slower…I am going to miss you being 4 months old. I already miss you being tiny tiny…but I love watching you grow. I love you my stinker silly, Mama love you!
